We want to ensure you are stoked with your Mick Fanning Softboard; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that boards must be un-waxed and in brand-new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your softboard or accessory is unused, un-waxed, and still in its original protective packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to us using a trackable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the board and confirms its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
